From Making It To The Olympics Or NFL, HHS Is Proud Of The Following Former Student Athletes.
Colby Karl, a 2002 graduate, played basketball for Boise State. He made his NBA debut in 2007 playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Ben Gardner, a 2009 graduate (pictured above), was a team captain and defensive end for HHS. He was a three-year starter for Stanford and was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2014, and went on to play for San Diego Chargers (2015-2016).
Shelby Harris, a 2009 graduate, played for Illinois State and was selected seventh round in the 2014 draft by the Oakland Raiders. In 2017 he signed a contract with the Denver Broncos. In the Sept. 11, 2017 Denver-LA Chargers game he blocked a field goal and was credited for the win.
Kaspars Kambala, a 1997 graduate, played basketball for UNLV.
Mike Dunleavy Jr. spent just his sophomore year (1997) playing basketball at HHS before moving on to a Jesuit school in Oregon. He's had a successful career playing for the Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers and Atlanta Hawks.
